The press attention generated by the Taylor Swift course at the University of Basel in Spring 2024

In Spring Semester 2024, the Taylor Swift seminar I taught with my co-teacher Rachael Moorthy attracted a lot of attention press. After an interview with the BZ appeared on 24 January 2024, Bajour declared us "Basler:innen des Tages" for that day, and we received inquires from newspapers, magazines, and radio and television stations. From then until July, articles and reports about our course appeared all over Switzerland, including on 20 Minuten, Radio Argovia, Basel Jetzt, Telebasel, TSR (Le 19:30), and SRF (10 vor 10). Die Zeit in Germany even published two articles about us, and an article in El País in Madrid on university courses on Swift also mentioned our course.
