Burn bags

Recent revelations about what the Washington Post calls the "cavalier handling of presidentialrecords" in the Trump administration, including Trump's habit of tearing up papers himself, have generated articles about how executive-branch documents are handled. I'm particularly struck by the concept of "burn bags" for the document disposal, which the Post says "resemble paper grocery bags", with "diagonal red stripes" on the bags for classified material. There's even a Wikipedia page about "burn bags", with a picture of Joe Biden and Barack Obama in the Situation Room in May 2011 during the raid leading to the killing of Osama bin Laden; between them is a bag that has those telltale stripes.
