On listening to XTC for several days, but not to one song today

On Sunday, I started listening to my XTC albums in alphabetical order. I got through "Apple Venus" and all but one song of "The Big Express", which I listened to on Monday, along with all of "Black Sea," "Drums and Wires", and the beginning of "English Settlement." I didn't get far yesterday, when I listened to only two songs. I listened to two more about an hour ago, but then I paused while preparing poems to discuss in class today. When I decided to put on music again, I couldn't listen to "Melt the Guns", not today: "If you listen very quietly, you can hear them shooting from grave to grave."
