Watching the Bundestag election broadcasts

Every four years on a Sunday evening, Andrea and I watch the broadcasts about the German Bundestag elections. The first projections are always released at 6 pm, but we didn't start watching this evening until after the FC Basel match ended at 6:20 pm. There are two main channels to watch, ARD and ZDF, so whenever one of the channels starts interviewing a politician from the far-right Alternative for Germany, Andrea switches to the other. But starting at 8:15, the two channels jointly broadcast the "Berliner Runde" with the leaders of all parties, so when she gets tired of that, she starts looking for other channels to follow the results on.
