I first went to the Swiss Indoors in Basel in 2001, when I saw Tim Henman defeat Roger Federer in the final. Since then, to see more matches, I've always gone earlier in the tournament. And even though I've only been four other times (that I remember), over the years I have had the opportunity to see Stan Wawrinka, James Blake, Juan Martin del Potro, David Nalbandian, Novak Djokovic, Richard Gasquet, John Isner, and Andy Roddick, among others. Today, I won't get to see Carlos Alcaraz, as I had hoped (he played last night), but I'll finally be seeing Andy Murray, one more Grand Slam champion to add to my list.
